How do I join and log in to the Sungrow Power Club?
New users:
- Create an individual installer account on iSolarCloud (if you don’t already have one).
- Click the link to access the Sungrow Power Club and log in using your iSolarCloud credentials via SSO (Single Sign-On). You can find the Power Club link under the “More Applications” icon in the iSolarCloud menu.
- Complete the short registration form — required only for first-time Power Club users.

Returning users:
- Simply sign in via iSolarCloud SSO to access the Club.
How do I earn points?
Members earn points by completing eligible activities, such as:
- Installations – Installing Sungrow products and tracking them via iSolarCloud.
- Training & Education – Completing courses, live sessions, or on-site training.
- Meet & Greet – Attending Sungrow events, trade shows, or exhibitions.
- Promoter Activities – Sharing Sungrow content, providing feedback, submitting case studies, or using marketing assets.
- Special Claims – Participating in seasonal promotions or campaigns.
